From I-5 south take exit 286 - Elligsen Road
Turn left on to SW Elligsen Road
Turn left on SW Parkway Avenue (first light you can turn at)
Look for the Parkway Plaza on the left at 25195 SW Parkway Avenue
Suite 201 (Parkway Mind Body Wellness Center)
The office is on the second floor on the most East corner.
*If you want to avoid using the stairs you can drive to the west side of the building (in the back closest to the freeway) and enter through the door directly to the second floor.
